Multi-Unit General Manager | Fast Casual Brand

We are seeking a driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead restaurants for a fast-growing, mission-driven, fast casual brand. This is a high-touch multi-unit model: two to three restaurants, an AGM in every location, and a leader who is in the restaurants most of the week coaching teams rather than managing from a spreadsheet. It’s the right next step for a top-performing General Manager from a strong brand who is ready to own results across more than one location.

What You’ll Do

• Own operational and financial performance for your restaurants: sales, labor, food cost, controllables, and guest experience
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop General Managers; build AGMs and shift leads into the next GMs
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and walkthroughs on food safety, quality, speed, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Set clear expectations for each GM and hold them accountable to results
• Roll out new initiatives, menu changes, and systems consistently across your restaurants
• Review budgets, forecasts, and labor plans with each GM; analyze KPIs to spot trends early
• Ensure full compliance with health codes, food safety, allergen protocol, and state and local labor law
• Monitor guest feedback and coach teams on above-and-beyond service and guest recovery
• Stay involved in the community around each restaurant

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years as a General Manager at a strong fast casual, QSR, or casual dining brand, with top-performing results or prior multi-unit oversight
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop other managers, not just crew
• Strong financial acumen: comfortable owning P&L, labor, and food cost across locations
• Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and labor compliance
• Quick to diagnose a problem and build a plan to fix it
• Excellent communication and influence; holds people accountable while building trust
• Lives in the market with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ownership mentality; results over hours; you don’t have to be plant-based, but you have to care about the mission
