General Manager | Fast Casual Brand

We are seeking a driven General Manager to lead a restaurant for a fast-growing, mission-driven, fast casual brand. This is a hands-on operator role: you are in the restaurant most of the week leading shifts, coaching your team, and holding the standard on food, service, and cleanliness. It’s the right fit for a General Manager from a strong brand who wants to be treated like an owner and rewarded like one, and it’s the proving ground for our Multi-Unit General Manager track.

What You’ll Do

• Own operational and financial performance for your restaurant: sales, labor, food cost, controllables, and guest experience
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop your AGM, shift leads, and team members; build the next leaders from within
• Lead shifts from the floor and the line; model speed, quality, hospitality, and cleanliness every day
• Run food safety, quality, and cleanliness audits and fix gaps fast
• Build schedules, forecasts, and labor plans; analyze KPIs to spot trends early
• Roll out new initiatives, menu changes, and systems consistently and on time
• Ensure full compliance with health codes, food safety, allergen protocol, and state and local labor law
• Monitor guest feedback and coach the team on above-and-beyond service and guest recovery
• Stay involved in the community around your restaurant

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years as a General Manager (or 3+ years as an AGM ready to step up) at a strong fast casual, QSR, or casual dining brand, with top-performing results
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop managers and shift leads, not just crew
• Strong financial acumen: comfortable owning P&L, labor, and food cost
• Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and labor compliance
• Quick to diagnose a problem and build a plan to fix it
• Excellent communication; holds people accountable while building trust
• Lives in the market with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ownership mentality; results over hours; you don’t have to be plant-based, but you have to care about the mission
