What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong presence on the floor
• Build and develop a high-performing hospitality team through coaching, accountability, and culture leadership
• Create an energetic, guest-centric environment that drives repeat business and strong community reputation
• Deliver consistent operational execution across service, cleanliness, food quality, and beverage standards
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, cost controls, and profitability targets
• Inspire the team through positive leadership, communication, and recognition
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by actively engaging with guests and resolving issues with urgency and professionalism
• Partner with culinary and bar leadership to maintain a high-quality dining and beverage program
• Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent in a competitive market
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, liquor, and operational standards
• Support local marketing initiatives, community involvement, and brand-building efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and team development
• High energy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational results
• Experience managing labor, food cost, scheduling, and P&L performance
• Strong floor leadership and service execution skills
• Hospitality-forward mindset with a hands-on management approach
• Experience in elevated casual, polished casual, experiential dining, or high-energy restaurant concepts preferred
• Beverage-driven or craft cocktail experience is a plus
• Ability to build culture, accountability, and long-term team retention
