Management Recruiting for
Restaurants, Hospitality & Grocery

Mike was amazing and help me through the whole process. He continued to insure I was happy with the progress and that I did not need anything else

Great people, Nikki #1 the best in her job very energized she will direct in the right direction, thank you Nikki

Rusty Lambe was in my corner and established the connection, so that my skillset could shine. I would not have been able to secure the interview if not for Superior Talent Source. He stayed in contact and followed up with next steps. He is pleasant to speak with while still being all business and laser focused on supporting his clients. There are recruiters who do not give you the time of day and there are recruiters who make your day. STS is the latter. Thank you Rusty and team!!!

Rusty was great in helping me secure my position. I signed for a salary above my expectations and he helped me end a year long search. Definitely would use their services again if needed!

Jen did a great job with communication and setting me up for success with the employer. I will forever be grateful and willingly share my experience with others.

Jennifer DeSimone was very detail oriented and professional. She delivered on every aspect of what she said she would do.

Truly had the best experience with this company especially Josh, he has made this process super easy for me and checked in many times! Thank you Josh!

I was recently looking to make a career change and this is how I found Superior Talent and was introduced to Lauren.
Lauren not only found a job for me, she helped me to find my dream job! She was with me every step of the way. She was there any time that I needed a question answered.
I honestly could not imagine that a better experience is possible! Lauren is the absolute best!!! She went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process was simple and flawless, for me.
I would highly recommend working with Superior Talent!

Great experience my agent Jennifer was amazing and kept checking in to make sure everything was going well
Thank you guys looking forward to our new adventure in Florida

Josh was amazing and connected me with a great career opportunity. 100% at least listen to the opportunity.

I was helped through this process by THEEEE Russell Barlow. He made sure I was represented to the max and placed in the right position for me. He was extremely quick in making things happen and I received an off that makes me beyond happy. I definitely recommend Superior Talent Source and Russell to
anyone looking for the next opportunity.

Mike Dunmire found a great fit for me swiftly. It matched exactly what we were looking for and am grateful that we crossed paths again!

Josh was exceptional to work with from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, straightforward, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my experience, career goals, and what I was looking for in my next opportunity rather than simply trying to fill a position. Communication was always clear, and I never felt left in the dark. I truly appreciate the time and effort Josh put into helping me take the next step in my career. I would absolutely recommend Josh and Superior Talent Source to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about finding the right fit.

Amazing working with Josh. Great selection of workplace really love it. Thank you !!!

Jennifer at Superior Talent Source was very professional and personable. She continued to stay in touch during the whole interview process and followed up with the employer throughout the process. I highly recommend Jennifer and Superior Talent Source.

I had an outstanding experience working with Niki! From the very beginning, Niki was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right opportunity.

What stood out most was Niki’s communication and personal approach. She took the time to understand my experience, leadership background, and career goals rather than simply matching me with a position. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions promptly, and made the entire experience feel seamless and professional.

Niki is an excellent recruiter and a true advocate for both the candidate and the company she represents. Her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to finding the right fit really set her apart.

I would highly recommend Nikki and whole Superior Talent Source team to anyone looking for a new career opportunity or to companies seeking exceptional talent. Thank you, Niki, for your hard work and for making this such a positive experience!

Fantastic people that placed me in the exact position I was looking for. Polite and professional and invested in my success, it was refreshing from the norm. Hope they find huge success and would refer anyone I know to them.

Everybody did a great job of communicating and working through a very tough time. Thanks for all your help.

Jen DeSimone is a true professional with great talent but even greater care for her clients. They are a joy to work with and I definitely recommend.

😀😀😀 Lauren Dunne was great at guiding me over some rough and choppy waters of employment screening and interviews. With her preparedness and me being me, we navigated a positive outcome for me. 😃😃😃 On a scale of 1-5 happy faces, 1 being bad and 5 great. They get 6!!!!!

Lauren is FANTASTIC at her job! She put me right where I wanted to be.

Thanks so much Dave!! Appreciate you all thank you!!!

I worked with Rusty Lambre while searching for a new position. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a company as well as what the company was looking for in an applicant. This led me to be matched perfectly with my new position. Rusty took the time with me to get to know me. I did not feel like he was just trying to place me in a position (that I would not be happy with) for the sake of filling a position or quota.

His hospitality was far superior to any other recruiter I have ever used in the past. Getting to know a person and building relationships is a priority for me. If you are the same as me, I highly recommend using Rusty for any future career searches. You will not be disappointed with the results that he delivers.

I was just starting to look for a new career path. I was considering options when Mike Dunmire reached out to me with a wonderful opportunity. Which I ended up being offered and accepted. Mike took his time to explain the position, give insight about the property and ownership and was with me every step of the way. He was responsive and wasn’t bothered by my incessant calling or emails. I truly love the new position and city. I’m extremely grateful to him and Superior Talent for literally helping to change my life for the better.

Had a great help and assistance with support of any questions and answers that I had. Will recommend to anyone looking for a new career or change your future. Max did a great job. 👍
