District Manager | Fast Casual

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Manager to oversee 5 to 6 restaurant locations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to mentor restaurant managers to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Financial Performance

• Oversee 5 to 6 restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Analyze P&L statements, control labor and food costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Develop and execute plans to increase sales, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and service standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience overseeing at least 5 locations in the quick-service or fast-casual restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, cost control, and labor optimization.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
