Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our vibrant and innovative restaurant and bar. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and hospitality are maintained while driving financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee staffing, service, inventory, and facility management to ensure smooth, efficient operations and exceptional service.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track performance, and control costs to meet profitability goals.
  • Team Development: Lead, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high service standards.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure guests have a positive, memorable experience and address any concerns to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Work with marketing to plan campaigns, events, and community outreach, building local relationships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
