I am 59 years. I was turned down by a few companies mostly because I can only think was my age. I was really down. Kristi called me with an opportunity in Raleigh as a Restaurant GM. My experience with Superior Talent Source was excellent in every aspect. Jen DeSimone, the Recruiter, contacted me around three weeks ago after she saw my resume and we had a great conversation. She had for me an ideal place of employment and I took the first steps. Shortly after I accepted employment with another company and notified her. Through more conversation with Jen, she had a legitimate argument in telling me I deserved better than the position I had accepted, and honestly she was correct. Long story short I just signed paperwork with the original company discussed and I feel much better about this decision than I did the other.
