Senior Executive Sous Chef

Looking for a talented high volume Exec Sous/KM, who can bring culinary talent and excellent organizational skills to this high end restaurant! This is an excellent opportunity to work with Raleigh’s best BOH and FOH leadership. Excellent benefits, PTO, and the best company culture in the restaurant business. 50 hour work week!

To be considered for this excellent job- please have the following:

• Culinary talent- a passion for putting out the best product, 100% of the time
• Be able to execute a huge scratch menu ( there is some creativity) but executing a perfect product (with a set menu) in a high volume setting is crucial to the success of the restaurant
• Mentorship and leading by example- this is a very hands on position!
• Collaboration with the FOH- This is a team environment
• Must have prior P&L knowledge and be very proficient on the business side
• History of success- great tenure and excellent references
